Anotace	Die Schlüsselrolle im Industrie 4.0-Prozess wird auch in der Tschechischen Republik der Mensch spielen. Sein Wissen und Können müssen neue Kenntnisse in Maschinenbau, Informatik, Elektronik und Kybernetik beinhalten. Im Einklang mit dem Konzept von Industrie 4.0 muss sich die Verknüpfung von sozial- und geisteswissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in der Entwicklung und der Lehre von Fachgebieten auch im Bereich dieser Branchen widerspiegeln.
Překlad anotace	People will also play a key role in the Industry 4.0 process in the Czech Republic. His knowledge and skills must include new knowledge in mechanical engineering, computer science, electronics and cybernetics. In line with the concept of Industry 4.0, the link between social sciences and humanities knowledge must also be reflected in the development and teaching of subject areas in these industries.
