V pǎrvata čast na statijata se pravi pregled na bǎlgarskite i češkite razrabotki, posveteni na univerbizacijata, kato se očertavat shodstvata i različijata v teoretičnite i metodologičnite podhodi, prilagani v tjah. Dostiga se do izvoda, če meždu otdelnite avtori, no i v dvete nacionalni lingvistiki, nevinagi ima jedinno mnenie otnosno: a) sǎdǎržanieto na ponjatieto / termina univerbizacija v ezikov plan ili s ogled na komunikacijata, b) metodologičnata baza, vǎz osnova na kojato se opredelja prinadležnostta na slovoobrazuvatelnite načini i slovoobrazuvatelnite sredstva kǎm univerbizacijata, v) kriteriite, spored koito konkretnite edinici (i semantično-slovoobrazuvatelnite tipove, predstavljavani ot tjah), se pričisljavat kǎm univerbatite. Vǎv vtorata čast vǎz osnova na sǎpostavitelen analiz na bǎlgarski i češki neologičen material sa otkroeni genetičnite i strukturno-funkcionalnite osobenosti na členovete na naj-aktivno dopǎlvanite grupi ot univerbati v bǎlgarskija i v češkija ezik. Ustanovjava se, če dnes v dvata ezika sa nalice sǎštestveni razliki v produktivnostta na otdelnite načini za nominacija črez univerbizacija, resp. v sǎotnošenieto meždu dominiraštite i po-slabo zastǎpenite v tjah tipove univerbizirani nazvanija. Dostiga se do zaključenieto, če aktivnostta na otdelnite slovoobrazuvatelni načini pri obrazuvaneto na bǎlgarski i češki ednosǎstavni nominacii ot sǎstavni leksikalni edinici je svǎrzana s tipologičnite osobenosti na dvete slavjanski imenni sistemi.

The first part of the paper gives an overview of Bulgarian and Czech research on univerbation outlining the similarities and differences of the applied theoretical and methodological approaches. A conclusion is reached that individual authors in both Bulgarian and Czech linguistics are not in complete agreement about the interpretation of the following: a) content and meaning of the concept/term of univerbation within the language layer itself or taking communication into account, b) methodological basis determining the alignment of word-formation techniques and word-formation means to univerbation, c) criteria based on which particular units (along with the semantic and word-formation types represented by them) are being ranked under univerbates. The second part uses a comparative analysis of Bulgarian and Czech neological material to point out the genetical and structurally-functional characteristics of the members of most actively supplemented groups of univerbates in Bulgarian and Czech. It is shown that in both of languages in question there are significant differences in the productivity of the individual ways of denomination by means of univerbation as well as the relation between the dominating or less frequent types of univerbative denominations. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that the activity of the individual word-formation methods used to transform complex nominal expressions into one-word nominations is tied to the typological features of the two Slavic nominal systems.
