Comenius hielt die Brüder-Unität für die Haupterbin des Vermächtnisses von Hus, den Magister Hus hielt er für den konsequentesten Reformator des christlichen Lebens. Die Studie versucht, wie sich das Vermächtnis von Hus im Denken und Werk des Comenius widerspiegelt, zu erfassen.

Comenius considered the Unity of the Brethren to be the main heir to Hus' legacy, he perceived Jan Hus as the most thorough reformer of Christian life. The study aims to capture the impact of Hus' legacy in the work and thought of J. A. Comenius.
