Family business proved in Central Europe and especially in Czech Lands (Bohemia, Moravia, Austrian Silesia) proved in the 19. century favorable economic and political enviroment. But in the last hundred years was this favorable economic and political enviroment gradually disappeared. The mostly family firms ceased to exist as a result of genocide, aryzation, decretation, nationalization and expropriation or as a result of ideologically driven fight against aristocracy, than bourgosie an than the private property, respectively ownership of the means of production, which are phenomena that are incompatible with the nature and rules of civil society.
