Mitochondriálně cílené E a/nebo Z izomery alkyltrifenylfosfoniových derivátů tamoxifenu nebo jejich směs obecného vzorce I, kde n=8 až 12 a X=Br, I, mesyl, které se používají k léčbě nádorů, zejména s vyšší hladinou proteinu HER2 a způsob jejich přípravy. Léčivo k léčbě neoplastických chorob podle vynálezu obsahuje nejméně jeden E a/nebo Z izomer alkyltrifenylfosfoniových derivátů tamoxifenu obecného vzorce I.

Mitochondrially targeted E and/or Z isomers of alkyltriphenylphosphonium derivatives of tamoxifen or their mixtures of the general formula I, where n = 8 till 12 and X = Br, I or mesyl, which are used for therapy of tumours, in particular those with high level of HER2, and the method of their preparation. The therapeutic agent for neoplastic diseases according to the invention contains at least one E and/or Z isomer of triphenylphosphonium derivative of tamoxifen of the general formula I.
