A solution of the H_2 control problem is presented for linear system described by rational transfer matrices. These rational matrices are not required to be proper and no assumption is made on the location of their poles and zeros. The control system is considered in the standard configuration, which includes the synthesis model of the plant and the controller. The H_2 control problem consists of internally stabilizing the control system while minimizing the H_2 norm of its transfer function.

Předkládá se řešení problému řízení H_2 pro lineární systémy popsané racionálními přenosovými maticemi. Tyto racionální matice nemusí být nutně ryzí a také se nečiní žádný předpoklad o umístění jejich nul a pólů. Systém řízení se uvažuje ve standardní konfiguraci, což zahrnuje společný model řízené soustavy i regulátoru. Problém řízení H_2 spočívá v interní stabilizaci systému řízení při mimimalizaci normy H_2 jeho přenosové funkce.
