    The contribution presents in vitro measurements performed on a test rig that enables the registration of flow induced vocal fold vibrations using a high speed camera and measurements of subglottal dynamic and mean air pressure using a special semiconductor sensor and a digital manometer, respectively. The generated acoustic signal was recorded by a microphone. The artificial vocal folds were made of a soft silicon rubber. Special miniature contact sensor was used for a preliminary measurement of the impact stress between the oscillating vocal folds during their collisions.
