Endocrine disruptors are exogenous substances that act like hormones and can disrupt the physiological homeostasis of endocrine system. In our study, we tested effects of 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2), the synthetic orally bio-active estrogen which is used in almost all combined oral contraceptive pills and Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), the important flame retardant, which is used in many industrial products such as printed circuit boards on reproductive parameters of mice in two generation reproduction-toxicity study. Our results show differences between control and experimental groups in organ weights, sex ratio and number of progeny, sperm morphology and immunocytochemistry and apoptotic state of testicular tissue. Conclusion: EE2 and TBBPA can in mice model significantly affect some physiological and reproductive parameters at very low concentration.
