The transport through finite quantum systems as quantum barriers, wells dots, and junctions, coupled to local vibrational modes in the quantal regime is considered. As a generic model the Holstein - Hubbard Hamiltonian with site - dependent potentials and interactions is applied.

Je studován transport konečným kvantovým systémem, který je vázán na lokální vibrační mody. Je užit model založený na Holstein - Hubbardově - Hamiltoniánu s potenciály a interakcemi závislými na poloze.
