Der Beitrag richtet das Augenmerk auf das literarische Werk der schlesischen Autorin Hedwig Teichmann. Anhand des Grenzmotivs und damit verbundenen Momenten wie Flucht, Zuflucht sowie Abgrenzung und Identifikation sind die Altvaterregion und der Kulturraum Schlesien einer speziellen Perspektive ausgesetzt und besser illustriert.

The study turns the attention to the literary work of the Silesian authoress Hedwig Teichmann. On the basis of the borderline-motive and therewith connected motives like escape, asylum as well as differentiation and identification the region of Altvater and the cultural area of Silesia are exposed to a specifically view and are so better illustrated.

Příspěvek analyzuje literární dílo slezské spisovatelky H. Teichmannové. Jesenický region a kulturní prostor Slezska je pozorován ze speciální perspektivy motivu hranice, který pomocí typických prvků jako útěk, útočiště, oddělení či naopak identifikace pomáhá názorně ilustrovat jeho literárněvědná a kulturologická specifika.
