A novel method for determination of homocysteine, cysteine, glutathione, cysteinylglycine, glutamylcysteine and cysteamine by CE-LIF is reported. The usefulness of the method was tested on samples from patients with cystinuria, homocystinuria and cobalamine deficiency.
