In this work, the refractive index profile and the optical gap E_{02 of PbZr}1-xTi_xO3 thin films was determined for the first time at elevated temperatures up to 500 řC. Measurements were performed with the J. A. Woollam spectral ellipsometer working on rotate analyzer mode.
