Normal photoemission spectra of ideal GaAs(001), AlAs(001) and of (AlAs)_{2 (GaAs)}2, (AlAs)_{3 (GaAs)}3 superlattices are calculated within the one-step. Charakteristic surface and bulk related features are identified.
