Z výsledků archeogeofyzikální prospekce v kostele sv.Tomáše vyplynulo, že kromě hrobek augustiniánů a lichtenštejnské při evangelní a epištolní straně hlavního oltáře, v ose presbyteria a chóru, kde jsou pod mramorovou deskou uloženy kosterní pozůstatky markraběte Jošta, bylo vjeho blízkosti vyčleněno několik plošních nehomogenit naznačujících polohy mělčích hrobek.Tyto byly prokázány jižpři zvedání náhrobní desky z Joštovy hrobky v lednu 1999.Lokální nehomogenity byly zjištěny i v uzávěru presbyteria a ose severní kaple před oltáříkem. Kombinací metod GRPa DEMP se podařilo dosáhnout optimálního řešení úkolu proúčely archeologického i antropologického výzkumu.

From the results of archaeogeophysical prospection in thespace of St. Thomasűchurch it followed that besides thecrypts of Augustinian and the Liechtenstein one at the evangel and the epistolary sides of the main altar in the axisof the choir, where under a marble slab are deposited skeletal remains of markgrave Iodocus, in its proximity severalareal inhomogeneities were established indicating positionsof shalow tombs. They were demonstrated during the lifting ofthe tombstone from Iodocusűsepulchre in January 1999. Localinhomogeneities were also found in the conclusion of thechoir and the axis of the northern chapel in front of thelittle altar. By the combination of GPR and DEMP methodsit was possible to achieve optimum solution of the task forpurposes of archaeological and athropological research.
