In the paper a voice transformation algorithm using the composite cepstral speech synthesis model is presented. The voice transformation is based on fundamentals frequency and speech rate scaling and speech resampling. By this approach it is possible to achieve transformation male-female of female- child and vice versa.

V článku je uveden algoritmus transformace hlasu s použitím kombinovaného modelu syntézy řeči. Transformace hlasu je založena na změně měřítka základního tónu řeči a její rychlosti a na převzorkování řeči.Tímto způsobem je možno realizovat transformaci muž-žena, žena-dítě a obráceně.
