Recent developments in the studies of DNA modification by several classes of platinum compounds demonstrate multivarious distortions induced in DNA by these compounds, repair and recognition by specific proteins.
Nedávný vývoj ve výzkumu modifikací DNA několika typy platinových sloučenin ukázal na četné distorse vyvolané v DNA těmito sloučeninami, opravu a rozlišení těchto distorsí specifickými proteiny.
