The aim of this study was to increase saponin production and biomass growth by stimulation the adventitious roots in vitro with different plant growth regulators and their combinations.
Cílem této práce bylo zvýšit produkci saponinů a nárust biomasy stimulací růstu adventivních kořínků in vitro různými druhy růstových regulátorů a jejich kombinacemi.
