    Our work demonstrates that mechanical strain in epitaxial thin film of EuTiO3 can cause a creation of a strong ferroelectric ferromagnet, though the bulk EuTiO3 is paraelectric and antiferromagnetic. It means we have discovered a new route for artificial preparation of new multiferroics with high magnetoelectric coupling.
