The FluxnetEO MODIS version 2 data set is available at https://doi.org/10.18160/0KWD‐ 3RRW (Walther et al., 2022, 2023). The ERA5 data set is available at https://doi.org/10.24381/cds.adbb2d47 Hersbach et al. (2023). The ERA‐Interim v2.0 data set has been currently archived by ECMWF; however, it can be accessed following these instructions (Berrisford et al., 2011). Atmospheric CO2 measurements at Mauna Loa observatory are available at https://doi.org/10.15138/yaf1‐bk21 (Thoning et al., 2021).

It comprises 1,035 samples collected from 14 pig slaughterhouses in France (2021–2023), including environmental and animal-derived samples tested for Salmonella spp. The data cover serotype distribution, antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of 212 isolates (MIC-based), and whole genome sequencing results for selected strains, including resistance genes and sequence types.
