Anotace
The contribution follow up the paper from 2015 which deals with the research and identification of the new in the surroundings of law especially in the Czech republic in the period after 1990 or more exactly netween years 1993 and 2013 and the reaction of legislature on these news. It analyses new data from the field of Czech legislation in the period from 2014 till 2018. On the basis of the qunatitative description and analysis of some selected features and parts of the Czech legislature and its development the author presents and argue first of all the thesis about so called hypertrophy of the Czech legislation in the above mentioned period as the dominant tendency of its development that cannot be evaluated positivelly in principle. This tendency is evident also in the period between years 2014 and 2018 and this period is characterized by huge amount of novelizations in the Czech and Slovak legislation, too. Both tendencies are evaluated as very negative phenomena from the point of view of the social development and the development of the legislation first of all.
