The combination of these technologies and parameters and final micro-nanofibrous products are introduced too. The in-vitro testing compared meltblown material, meltblown material with sputtered particles, meltblown material combined with electrospun fibers, meltblown material combined with electrospun fibers and sputtered particles. All the fibrous materials are produced from polycaprolactone. The first in-vitro tests showed the high potential of developed composite materials in bone tissue engineering. The structure of the tested materials allows osteoblasts to proliferate into the sample inner structure with the significant contribution of nanofiber content to cell proliferation.
