Hypertension and ageing are associated with altered calcium handling including possible activation of calcium-dependent chloride channels. Our study was aimed to determine calcium -dependent chloride channels contribution to norepinephrine-induced contraction during hypertension and ageing. We have found that contribution of calcium -dependent chloride channels to norepinephrine-induced contraction diminished with age, hypertension development, and/or NO synthesis inhibition Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2015
