Combining these techniques with standard lithographic processes represents an effective way to directly grow microscopic diamond patterns on arbitrary substrates. Finally, novel trends and perspectives in diamond nucleation and growth are discussed. Pracoviště Fyzikální ústav Kontakt Kristina Potocká, potocka@fzu.cz, Tel.: 220 318 579 Rok sběru 2014
