Extracellular b -N-acetylhexosaminidases from filamentous fungi proved to be a powerful synthetic tool for the preparation of both natural and modified glycosides under mild conditions with good yields. A homology model of b-N-acetylhexosaminidase from the filamentous fungus Aspergillus oryzae has recently been reported, and its quality was corroborated by vibrational spectroscopy and biochemical studies Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2012
