NE was found to act through alpha1B-adrenoreceptors in a concentration-dependent manner to produce a biphasic change in membrane potential: initial transient hyperpolarization is followed by stable depolarization. These observations indicate that both continuous elevation of intracellular Ca2plus and sustained depolarization are associated with and are likely to be required for activation of the pinealocyte Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2012
