Accoeding to the originál requirement of MIQE full disclosure of primer sequence information is requested. This requirement is not possible to meet when using commersial primers from some leading vendors, since they disclose to clients only limited amount of informatik about the primers they supply. Recently they increased the information provided to clients to make experiments easier to design and easier to reproduce. In this letter the MIQE guidelines are amended to allow also these primers to be used in MIQE complient reports and publications.
