    AnnotationConcepts of the hotness manifold and fixed thermometric points are analyzed and their significance for introducing the temperature is stressed. Using this frame it is shown that the Kelvin temperature is Lorentz invariant and hence a formerly discussed discrepancy between formulae for relativistic transformation of temperature by Mosengeil and Ott is actually an artefact.
