The thermal protection of the instrument for monitoring of combustion conditions on the grate represents very important part of the measuring system. Development, properties and testing of a composite thermal protection with passive (thermal insulation) and active (heat storage)components are described. Such thermal system can ensure perfect protection of electronic system in a time scale of hours.
