The phase separation causes the phenomena sufficiently influencing the nano-composite structure. One of them is retaining the Co atoms within the C60-based matrix that occurs during the separation process. Analysis of the Raman spectrum argues that the retained Co atoms compose the Co-C60 polymers. Another phenomenon is the structure relaxation releasing the internal stress. Raman spectra show decrease of the Co-C60 polymerization efficiency if deposition temperature increases from RT to 200 °C. This is caused by decreasing amount of the retained Co atoms in matrix due to more complete phase separation.
