It is focused on the era of the "Barbarian invasions" which was an epoche of historical and social transformation of the varios people of Roman Empire on one hand and the barbarian populations on the other hand mixing together and reorganising themselves to form a new feudal order. The contribution occupies the historical and archaelogical development of the main Germanic gentes of the continental Europe: Goths, Langobards, Alemanns, Francs etc. from their beginning until the building up of their states in the way which make it available to a wider audience.
