In 2008, new experiments were carried out in IH ASCR with as an objective to extend the database for validation of the solids transport formula for solids fractions not adequately represented in the original database. The paper discusses the structure of the earlier proposed solids transport formula and the validity of the equation in the light of the new experimental results.
