Anotace	Formalization of two recent European Medical Guidelines (GL) in cardiology by means of a GLIF model is shown. It leads a GP through the decision algorithm in diagnostics and treatment of several diseases. It shows a part of GL complete text concerning the selected GLIF model element. Estimation of the total cardiovascular risk and selection of a drug class is easier compared to tables of paper GL. It is a tool for an audit of GPs' work with a direct data access from a structured electronic health record in future.
