In our foregoing papers we have shown that considerable differences between the drift and Hamiltonian (inclusion of finite Larmor radius) approaches can appear for impurity ions in simple models of plasma turbulence. In this contribution we demonstrate that the these differences between the drift and Hamiltonian approaches persist also realistic turbulent structures obtained from experiment at CASTOR tokamak..
