Dnešní doba neobyčejně přeje rozvoji tzv. specializované umělé inteligence, která je schopna řešit úzce vymezené problémy v pečlivě konstruovaných omezených prostředích. Proto se začínají uvažovat rozsáhle, tzv. Inteligentní infrastruktury, které využívají řadu spolupracujících specializovaných umělých inteligencí, jako jsou marketingové systémy, doporučovací systémy a sociální kreditní systémy, jdoucí přes různé oblasti života lidí a společnosti. Jejich cílem je učinit poskytování různých služeb efektivnější, operativnější, bezpečnější a spravedlivější. V příspěvku nastíníme architekturu těchto systému a naznačíme výzkumné problémy spjaté s jejich vývojem. Společenské přijetí zejména hodnotících systémů je kontroverzní záležitost vedoucí k řadě legálních a etických problémů.

Present days particularly favor so-called weak (or specialized) artificial intelligence which is able to solve narrowly demarcated problems in carefully chosen environments. This is why we see a growing interest in so-called intelligent infrastructures that make use of a number of cooperating specialized artificial intelligence systems such as marketing systems, recommendation systems and social credit systems covering numerous areas of human activities. The goal of such systems is making the offer of various services more effective, more operative, more safer and fairer. We sketch the layered structure and variants of such systems and indicate research problems related to their development. Societal acceptance of certain intelligent infrastructure systems is a controversial matter leading to many legal and ethical problems.
