The transposition of these Directives brought some slight structural changes for the Czech Civil Code, especially, for special contract law, but other fields of law, were not changed. This article analyses the main changes and novelties brought by the implementation especially with view on conformity of goods, liability of the trader and remedies for the failure to supply and lack of conformity. New challenges of data as counter-performance, enhancing of sustainability trough longer durability and reparability are also evaluated.
