Le but de l’article est d’examiner de plus près un cas particulier décrit par Winnicott dans ses recherches sur le rôle-miroir de la mère et de la famille dans le développement de l’enfant. Nous proposons une analyse phénoménologique de la situation dans laquelle l’enfant arrive à se reconnaitre dans le regard de la mère en montrant qu’il ne peut s’agir, par là, de rien de spéculaire. Pour ce faire nous allons nous appuyer sur l’interprétation que Marc Richir livre de Husserl et de Winnicott. Nous allons d’abord esquisser la différence entre l’imagination et la phantasía, analyser ensuite le concept de phantasía “perceptive” pour arriver enfin à une application de ces investigations à la situation décrite par Winnicott. Překlad anotace In this article I focus on the role of imagination and phantasy in intersubjective relations. The aim of the paper is to examine more closely a particular case that has been described by Winnicott in his research on the mirror role played by the mother and by the family in child development. I propose a phenomenological analysis of the situation in which the child comes to recognize himself in the “look” of the mother, showing that there is no place for anything specular in this recognition. In order to do this I follow Marc Richir’s interpretation of Husserl and of Winnicott. I briefly sketch out the phenomenological difference between imagination and phantasy, analyze the concept of perceptive phantasy and show its relevance to understand intersubjectivity, in order to finally apply these investigations to the situation described by Winnicott.
