In this paper, a novelty set of methods of comparion of the signal curves along the section has been introduced. These are based on dynamic time warping by trimming of biostratigraphically pre-selected compared segments. Although the biostratigraphy provides relatively weak support for the direct correlation of these sections (the Lower Devonian basins were in different climatic domains in different hemispheres), the MS-DTW approach led to an undoubtedly perfect and technically reliable alignment of the pattern sequences in these two extremely distant and barrier-separated sections. The compared signals correspond mostly to atmospheric dust impurity embedded in the limestones. The GSSP placed in Uzbekistan has been projected to lower third of the 'traditional Pragian' in Bohemia. On the other hand, for Uzbekistan, there has been determined the projection of the 'Bohemian Graptolite Event' - a possible Pragian-Emsian boundary for the future.
