Our electrophysiology experiments found that both native as well as synaptic receptors exhibit significantly weaker temperature dependence compared to recombinant GluN1/GluN2B NMDA receptors. Synaptic NMDA receptors have characteristics of receptors with low desensitization (20%). Double exponential time course of NMDA receptor deactivation originates mainly from dissociation of agonist and desensitization Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2011
