Anotace
An LCD with two polarizers work as an SLM. Graphical motives can be recorded in a photosensitive plate or used for beam aperturing. The software-generated motives are black-and-white /binary modulation/, imaged onto the plate, and each is recorded for a time using an electronic shutter. Grey-scale litography is possible. The final elements are placed as during the recording, a point-like coherent source is used, the laser beam is apertured, and the resultant Fraunhofer diffraction patterns are inspected.
