Anotace	At the IT CAS has been developed the programme for numerical model of the human cardiovascular system including the model of the electrochemical and mechanical activity of the heart and the baroreflex mechanism. The programme has been used to the simulation of the cardiac failure in a consequence of the myocardial hypocontractility.
