Anotace
Autor analyzuje charakter české ústavy z pohledu práva na odpor a pojednává o podstatných prvcích politického prostoru, konkrétně o suverenitě lidu, dělbě moci a politických stranách, v němž by se toto právo občanů mohlo realizovat a které by ho v různé míře ovlivňovaly.
Překlad anotace
The author analyzes the character of the Constitution of the Czech Republic with reference to the right to resistance and deals with essential elements of political space, namely the sovereignty of the people, separation of powers and political parties, in which this citizens' right could be implemented and which would influence it to a different extent.
