Annotation	Amphiphilic block copolymers composed of poly(D,L-lactide) and poly(ethylene oxide) blocks were used to prepare biodegradable micelles in aqueous solutions. Radioactive labeling of copolymers was introduced, and the biodistribution of copolymer micelles was studied in rats.
