Anotace	Planar structures of microfluidic systems, suitable for a high-throughput automatic handling, treatment, lysis and content analysis of individual cells in a single instrument were used for the detection of DNA fragmentation in a single apoptotic cardiomyocyte treated by doxorubicin.
