Anotace
Cílem projektu MIMOSA je zjistit podrobnosti o dynamice těch umělých družic, které se pohybují v těsné blízkosti Země. Využití těchto umělých těles je žádané pro dálkový průzkum, telekomunikace, meteorologii, vojenské účely a také pro základní výzkum tvaru a vlastností zemského tělesa.
Překlad anotace
The project is aimed to gather data to enable detailed description of the distribution and variations of the Earth atmosphere density, of the dynamical effects of different sorts of radiation and of all forces of non-gravitational origin affecting the motion of the artificial satellites in low-Earth orbits. The satellite is to be launched in April 2003.
