Anotace	U(Ni_0.91Pd_0.09)₂Si₂ has a critical composition in the U(Ni_{1 - x}Pd_x)₂Si₂ solid solutions, at which the ground state changes with increasing x from uncompensated antiferromagnetic (UAF) to simple antiferromagnetic. We present the results of magnetization, specific-heat measurements in magnetic fields up to 9T and electricsl resistivity under high pressure up to 0.75 GP a performed on a single crystal
