The paper deals with the problems of the failure probability of the ceramic part. There are considered the macro and micro shape deflections of the contacted cone areas. The macro shape deflection is different conicity of the contacted parts, micro shape deflections are the local shape deflection which are added with the macro shape deflections. The problems of the stress and probability of failure are solved using computational modelling.

Článek se zabývá problematikou pravděpodobnosti porušení keramické komponenty. Jsou uvažovány jak makro tak i mikro-tvarové odchylky od kontaktních kuželových ploch. Makro-tvarová odchylka je uvažovaná různá kuželovitost kuželů kontaktního páru, mikro-tvarové odchylky jsou lokální tvarové odchylky, které jsou nasuperponované na makro-tvarové odchylky. Problematika napjatosti a pravděpodobnosti porušení hlavice je řešena výpočtovým modelováním.
