Annotation	A study of metabolism of TNT in plants was focused on degradation of 4-amino-2,6-dinitrotoluene (4-ADNT). Two plant species Senecio jacobea and Buphthalmum salicifolium cultivated under in vitro conditions in the presence of different concentration of 4-ADNT for 3 weeks
