Der Beitrag behandelt das Thema der Aufgabe der Unternehmensethik aus sozio-kultureller Perspektive. Dazu werden die Probleme der sozio-kulturellen Relativismus der heutigen Gesellschaft analysiert und die Möglichkeiten wie die Mängel der postmodernen Ethik untersucht. Die postmoderne Ethik ist durch eine Pluralität möglicher Sichtweisen auf ein moralisches Problem geprägt.

The contribution discuses the functions of ethics in the system of business dependence from the socio-cultural perspective. It analyses the problems of the (not only) socio-cultural relativism in the present era and tries to identify the possibilities and deficits of postmodern ethics. The postmodern ethics is characterized by a plurality of possible views of the moral problem.

Autorka příspěvku se pokusila o pohled na podnikatelskou etiku z aspektu socio-kulturní perspektivy a o jednoduchou analýzu problémů současné společnosti z hlediska socio-kulturního relativizmu a možností postmoderní etiky. Postmoderní etika je charakteristická zejména (zjednodušeně řečeno) pluralitou možných přístupů k řešení morálního problému. Tento přístup přináší nejenom právo na vlastní, individuální chápání morálního problému a tím i individuálního řešení, ale i nebezpečí absolutizace relativismu a nihilismu.
