Besides of axially symmetric zonal and meridional drifts, relating to differential rotation and meridional circulation, also non axially symmetric velocity structures were observed during the last three solar activity cycles. Fine and temporally dependent dynamic regime of the axially symmetric transport of the magnetic flux during solar activity cycle was found. Firstly a phenomenon of the “torsional oscillations” from magnetic data was found.
