Anotace
The results revealed correlation of growth stage of cultured FaDu cells and long-term passaged porcine keratinocytes from hair follicles and expression of studied markers. Non-confluent FaDu cells express phenotypic markers known from epidermal stem cells. These data prompt to analyze the role of stem cells in squamous cell carcinoma formation using the growth/adhesion-regulatory lectins markers
